EASY-BURGER

IMG_5001INGREDIENTS:

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1 tablespoon soy sauce

500 g ground meat (Make 4 patties)

1/2 iceberg lettuce (shredded)

1 onion (thinly sliced)

4 burger buns

METHOD:

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix ginger, salt, pepper and soy sauce together

2. Keep the mixture in a container and refrigerate for 15 minutes

3. Make 4 patties and grill or fry them 3 minutes each side

4. Put onion in the same pan, fry until it turns brown

5. Place patties on the buns, follow by onion and top with lettuce (serve immediately)
