Mussel up


200 g mussel meat (thaw if frozen)
1/2 cup of chopped lemongrass
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped chilli
2 cups of fresh basil leaves
2 cups of cooked brown rice
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar


1. Heat up olive oil in a large frying pan
2. Add garlic, chilli and lemongrass, cook for 1 minute
3. Add mussel meat and stir for 3 minutes
4. Add basil, rice, salt and sugar, stir for another 3 minutes
