Saved by the bell

Ingredients:

200 g beef (thinly sliced)
1/2 red capsicum (cut into small pieces)
1/2 green capsicum (cut into small pieces)
2 celery stalks (sliced)
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon HP sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan
2. Add beef and celery, cook for 3 minutes
3. Add capsicum and cook for another 3 minutes
4. Add pepper, ginger, salt and HP sauce, stir for 1 minute
5. Put corn flour and water in a mug, mix it together
6. Pour over beef and let it simmer for 3 minutes, serve with cooked brown rice
