Summer prawns

Ingredients:

200 g medium prawns (cooked and peeled)
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon red chilli (chopped)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon castor sugar
2 cups fresh basil
1 bunch asparagus (cut into small pieces)
50 g butter

Method:

1. Melt butter in a frying pan
2. Add garlic and chopped chilli into the pan, fry until garlic is golden
3. Add prawns, fish sauce, sugar and asparagus
4. Stir in fresh basil and cook for 3 minutes. Serve with cooked brown rice
