Can’t-Go-Wrong Salad

Ingredient:

250g beef steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red onion (sliced)
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 cup of baby spinach
1 cup of alfalfa sprouts
1 cup of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1 tablespoon fresh red chillies (chopped)
Lime juice (from 2 limes)
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon castor sugar
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Method:

1. Put meat on a plate and pour olive oil to cover it. Leave it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the grill pan on medium heat for 2 minutes.
3. Put steak on the pan and let it grill 3 minutes each side
4. Slice steak into thin strips
5. Put the rest of ingredients in a big mixing bowl, add sliced steak and mix together well
