Fire in the hole

2 sausages (your favourite kind)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 red onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon chopped chilli
1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon HP (brown) sauce
2 hot dog buns

1. Cook sausages in a frying pan until cooked through. Rest on a paper towel
2. In the same frying pan, heat olive oil for 1 minute
3. Add onion, chilli and garlic, fry for 3 minutes, then add HP sauce
4. Add cooked sausages in the sauce and stir for 2 minutes
5. Put on hot dog buns and serve
