It’s my rice


2 cups of cooked rice (long grain or brown rice)
1/2 cup of chopped spring onion
1 cup of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1/2 cup of chopped coriander
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon castor sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 cup of cooked chicken meat (cut in small pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil


1. Heat olive oil in frying pan until hot
2. Add garlic, onion and chicken meat, stir until chicken is slightly brown
3. Add ginger, sugar, white pepper, soy sauce and tomato into pan, cook for 2 minutes
4. Add rice and coriander, then stir until mixed well with all other ingredients
5. Serve with freshly-sliced cucumber and a fried-egg (optional).
